Mother's Day 2014

I am truly blessed with a FABULOUS mother.  What an amazing example to look up to raising my own children. Also, I am wonderfully blessed to call three precious children mine!!  My kiddos are THE. BEST!  Love them more than ever!

And it's never a walk in the park to get pictures with three kiddos either!  Here's just a few!

And here's what Hudson made for me at school: I love it so much.  He knows me so well!

Mother's Day 2013

I'm not gonna do a long sappy post.  I'm just gonna say I'm so very blessed to be a Mommy to 3 awesome, wonderful, precious, cute, smart, energetic, adorable, loving, sweet, loud, mess-making, tattle-tailing, and the list goes on and on BABIES!!!  Yes, at any and every age, they are and will always be my BABIES!  Praise God for giving me these 3 little blessings!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE being a Mommy!  It is my life!

I'm not going to put a caption under all the pictures...but...if you see Sully completely blurry looking; it's because he was doing some major head-banging!  If you see him not looking, or making a weird face, or holding himself, or completely missing from the picture...well, that's just Sully for ya!  :)

The Whole Fam!

Lex wrote this!  How presh!!!

BAM...right in the head!  Oh Sully!  No, No!

My Mother's Day card that Hudson drew...these are the BESTEST!

Mother's Day 2012

Mother's Day...What a Blessing!  My mother is such a blessing to me.  I'm so proud and thankful to have her in my life and my kids' lives.  I do not know what I'd do without her.  On the other hand, to be a Mom myself, is the greatest blessing!  The Lord has been so good to me and my family.  I couldn't ask for two better kids and another on the way.  Thank you Lord for your blessings on me!

Mother's Day 2011

This Mother's Day was double the fun and even more special because I am a mommy to two babies.  I LOVE being a mommy.  I never thought I could love so much...until I had my babies.  I'm thankful that God chose me and to be their mommy.  I already have a ton of wonderful memories in the 2 1/2 years I have been a mommy and I look forward to creating a TON more!  :)  Also, my own mother has been the greatest example of what being a mom is!  I LOVE her dearly and it's because of her that I am the mom I am today.  Thank you "mommy" for being the greatest one in the world and for setting the best example for me!  I love you!

I have to tell Hudson to "laugh" or else he'll be making a funny face trying to smile :)

This is just about as good as it gets with these 2 boys...can't hardly get them both to look at the camera at the same time

My precious mother!

Mom and all of us (duh)

Mom and all her girls

Hey, I didn't even tell him to kiss me...how precious

Mother's Day 2010

First things first...

1.  God has blessed me tremendously.
2.  I am the mother of the most precious little boy in the world!  It is the most indescribable feeling to be a mother.  What else could anyone want?  You can't understand unless you are a mommy yourself.
3. I have the most wonderful mother in the whole wide world and words cannot describe what she means to me.  She has taught me so much and I look up to her, just hoping I can be a wonderful mother like she is to me!  After all, I'm learning from the best!  I LOVE you mommy!
4. I have the best mother-in-law anyone could ever dream about.  I hope she knows how much I love and appreciate her.
5. I have the most precious grandmother there is in the entire universe!  The memories I have with her will always be with me.  She loves the Lord with all her strength and soul.  What an awesome person to look up to!  My grandmother is beautiful inside and out.  She is such a classy and fashionable woman.  I love that about her.  She loves to shop and we use to go shopping with her and she would pick us out something new to wear.  She always had and still has great taste in clothes.  She also use to make us ice cream floats.  Those were the best.  I love everything about her.  I cannot even begin to describe what she has meant to me over the years and still means to me.  She is the kind of grandmother I want to be one day.  I love you so much Grandmother!  You are an awesome mother and grandmother!!!
6.  I had the most precious maw-maw in the entire universe!!!  The memories I have about her will always be with me.  She loved the Lord with all her strength and soul.  My maw-maw was the kind of maw-maw that let her grand-kids do anything they wanted to do; including but not limited to: jumping on the beds, piling up all the couch cushions and jumping on top of them, letting us stay up all night, writing a separate check for each of us to go to the store and buy candy, fixin' us chocolate syrup every time we would spend the night, letting 'some' of her grand-kids drive her car before they turned 16 (shhhh), turning on the electric blanket on our bed before we got in it, getting up in the middle of the night because Julie, Tiff, and I yelled at her because we thought we heard a noise outside, and the list goes on and on and on and on.  She is a perfect example of what a Maw-Maw should be.  I love you so much Maw-Maw.
7.  I have the most awesome 'mom friends and family' that I can: go to for advice, laugh about "mom" things together, look up to, share stories with, talk to/with, etc, etc.  I am thankful for all of you and love you all very much...Julie, Beth, Kristi, Amy C., my aunts, Brandee, Heather, Tiff.  (Lord, if I am forgetting anyone, please let them know, it was not my intention and that my brain has not been the same since you blessed me with Hudson, Amen)

Second things second... (didn't know how else to put that)

I am sooooo mad at myself for not getting a picture with my baby boy yesterday on Mother's Day.  I mean how could I forget such a thing?!!  I just almost woke Hudson up last night at 10:30...BUT I didn't...don't worry!  I was just sick about it.  Am I the only one that forgets very important things like this?   I think last year I got a "last minute" picture of the two of us on Mother's Day!  Next year, it will be top priority on my list to get a picture of the two of us!!!!!

Mother's Day 2009...
Again, these were taken "last minute" and the end of my first Mother's Day and Hudson was already in his pj's.  As I look back, it always takes me by surprise at just how much he has changed in what seems like a very short amount of time.  I'm sure it's even harder for my mom to look at Justin, Julie, and I at how fast time really has flown by for her.  I bet she's thinking "how could my babies be old enough to have babies of their own."
